Mission Critical Systems
CESTEL has developed the MODULAR Communications Platform called CALYPSO, which is an integrated system for managing all communication channels and coordinating emergency response teams in centers such as 112, police, fire brigade, civil protection, and military units. This platform supports traditional telephony, IP telephony, video calls, as well as various analog and digital radio communication systems.
"eCall" is a pan-European in-vehicle call service using the European emergency call number 112 in the event of an accident.
Each vehicle will have an in-vehicle device that in case of an accident will send its GPS position, VIN, number of occupants etc... to 112, and will allow hands-free voice access. It will also be possible to contact 112 manually by pressing a button located inside the vehicle. CESTEL has developed the CES-eCall server that allows both the decoding of the MSD data frames received at 112, as well as their integration with the existing telephony system.
VISION CALIDAD is an advanced recording system that includes a patented non-audible watermark system as an option. This system ensures the integrity of recordings and identifies any unauthorized operator who extracts the recording from the organizational center. With this feature, VISION QUALITY avoids common problems and guarantees the protection of recorded data.MORE INFORMATION
The GHALE platform is CESTEL's implementation of PEMEA (Pan-European Mobile Emergency Application). It interconnects emergency Apps with 112 emergency services in Europe.
By using ETSI standards, GHALE allows emergency Apps to work in any country in Europe using PEMEA, so roaming is guaranteed. In addition, PEMEA enables over-the-top multimedia communication, which means that the Apps can be handled by the emergency services using information channels such as video call, chat with real-time translations or file exchange.
Radio "tunnelling" system that transports over IP the audio from the radios as well as their basic PTT and O.C. signalling. This type of device allows the management of a series of radio equipment located at a main site (where they are physically located) and a remote site, thanks to the native SIP nature of Cestel's Calypso communications matrix.MORE INFORMATION
